Food preparation areas require cooling down to 10°C in order to keep the food fresher for longer. However standard refrigeration or cellar cooling systems are often too noisy and create large drafts making the working environment uncomfortable.
Marstair has a range of cassettes suitable for these applications – the CC600 and CC875. These cassettes can either be offered as a full system matched with Marstair standard condensing units CKC or combined with existing refrigeration packs.
